When Nobody’s Watching

Are you trying to make it better, bigger, tastier, easier ? Or are you sneaking a little water into the mix so it looks like more when it’s really less. After all nobody will even notice right?

Except we will notice. We’ll notice when the ice-cream from across the street tastes better. We’ll notice when the waiter there serves it with a just a little bit more warmth (to the service that is, not the ice cream).

We’ll notice when we ask for an extra napkin and he tells us “sure” and not “it’s only 2 per customer”. We’ll notice because we’re always noticing things. Even when you think we’re not.
